Ingredients

  • 200 g spaghetti or linguine
  • 300 g large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Start by boiling a large pot of salted water.
  • Add the spaghetti or linguine and cook according to package instructions.
  • While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink.
