Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup sliced olives
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  • Cut the dough into small circles (about 3 inches in diameter).
  • Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  • Place each dough circle into the muffin tin holes.
  • Spoon a teaspoon of pizza sauce into each dough cup.
  • Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Add your choice of toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives).
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
