Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
Pour the honey garlic mixture over the pork chops in the skillet.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cover the skillet.
Cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, basting occasionally, until the pork is cooked through.
Remove the chops from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.
Drizzle remaining sauce over the chops before serving.
Garnish with chopped green onions.
