In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil.
Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken thighs, skin side down, for 5-7 minutes until golden.
Flip the chicken and pour the honey garlic sauce over the top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, basting with sauce halfway through.
Check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
