Ingredients

  • 1 whole fish e.g., trout or snapper, about 1.5 lbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • Fresh herbs e.g., parsley, dill

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Clean and gut the fish if not already done.
  • Rinse the fish under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

  • Stuff the cavity with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
