Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 cup diced kiwi
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients and wash the fruits thoroughly.
  • Peel and dice the pineapple into small cubes.
  • Peel and dice the mango into small cubes.
  • Hull and slice the strawberries, then chop them into small pieces.
  • Peel and dice the kiwi into small cubes.
  • Chop the red bell pepper finely.
  • Finely chop the red onion.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the diced fruits and vegetables.
  • Add the chopped mint and lime juice to the bowl.
  • Season with salt and honey, if desired, and mix gently to combine.
