Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs optional

Instructions

  • Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil.
  • Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the seasoned wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check for doneness; cook for an additional 5-10 minutes if needed.
  • Remove the wedges from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
